Flow Stopping

The flow stopping system that we use allows a reasonably small section of water main to be isolated for repair or upgrade minimising disruption to customers supplies.

We offer several techniques to perform our work: Stopple, WASK and bag stop are used dependent upon each site’s particular characteristics and restrictions.

We are able to perform line stopping on mains of almost any size at pressures of up to 100 bar fabricated in the following materials:

• Cast and Ductile Iron
• Carbon and Stainless Steel
• HDPE, MDPE and UPVC
